Communication Audit



The audit is a comprehensive analysis of an organizations communication efforts and strategy, including an assessment of their effectiveness.


With a steady decline of sales within the golf industry and increasing competition in the Surrey region, The Surrey Golf Club needed to review its owned, earned and paid media efforts. The audit ultimately illustrated an overall picture of their marketing communication strategy.

The Result

Although The Surrey Golf Club used a variety of formats to communicate, they had no overall strategy nor key objectives when communicating. We were able to give 4 key recommendations which would bring consistency in their efforts, better connect with the target market, keep the club competitive and positively change the perception of the club.
