The purpose of this report was to apply the marketing metrics learned in class with a real business in operation. This included identifying critical issues, uncovering root causes, analyzing the companies Google Analytics account, social media efforts and providing recommendations along with an implementation plan.


The e-commerce company is a leader in providing online seminars and continuing education studies in the field of acupuncture however, they ignore key metrics and data from their website and lacked an overall marketing strategy.

The Result

3 specific, quantifiable recommendations were given that included the a cost, benefit and return evaluation of each recommendation along with an implementation plan of how the company should move forward.
