A IMC plan coordinates and integrates all marketing communication tools, avenues and sources within an organization into a seamless program/strategy. This maximizes impact on consumers and other end-users at minimal cost and includes all B2B, channel, customer, external and internal communications.


With the increased number of BMW retailers, other luxury new car manufacturers and mid-market manufacturers offering luxury vehicles in Vancouver; Brian Jessel BMW’s position as Vancouver’s luxury new car dealer was being challenged. The client faced three key marketing and communication challenges which needed to be addressed.

The Result
